The tubular sand control oil pump can effectively avoid sand jamming and sand burying of the plunger during operation. The characteristic of this pump is the use of a long pump barrel and a short plunger. A sand blocking valve is installed at the upper end of the pump barrel, and the oil inlet channel is separated from the sand settling channel, with oil entering from the side and a circular channel for sand settling. When the oil pump is running in the down stroke or the pump stops working, the sand blocking valve seat at the upper end of the pump barrel is sealed at the mouth of the pump barrel, closing the channel between the pipe column and the inner cavity of the pump barrel, so that sand particles in the crude oil cannot enter the sealing gap between the pump barrel and the plunger, but instead pass through sand settling
The channel settles into the sand settling tail pipe under the pump. In addition, the fixed valve of the pump is salvageable, and during oil well operations, the fixed valve can be pulled out with the plunger. This pump is suitable for oil wells with sand content ranging from 0.18% to 3.2%.
